At TRAED MOCH, you can be sure that the meat used in our products is genuinely local. our pigs are born and reared at home, fed with the grain and best root vegetables grown at home by us. We let the piglets wean themselves from the sows naturally in their own time. They then spend the rest of their lives roaming and rooting and being fed the grain that is especially grown for them.
